Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
